01 · Scope
What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the SP Legacy application and this website. SP Legacy is a market-session notebook for following a chronological Pulse, comparing lenses in a Market Map, inspecting symbols, recording hypotheses, testing virtual scenarios, and consulting focused reference material.
Important boundary
SP Legacy is not a broker. It does not connect to a brokerage account and cannot place an order on your behalf.
02 · Information
Information involved in your use
Notebook content
Hypotheses, observations, virtual scenarios, and related Notebook activity are created and stored locally on your device. SP Legacy does not transmit this content to us as part of the Notebook experience.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, issue category, message, and any attachment you send through your email provider.
Technical requests
When you use online market or Library content, the systems delivering that content may process ordinary technical request data such as network address, device type, date and time, and the resource requested. We do not intentionally attach the text of your local Notebook entries to those requests.
03 · Local storage
How local Notebook data works
Your Notebook content and virtual scenarios remain on your device unless you use an operating-system feature or another tool to move or back up device data. Your device settings, backup configuration, and security controls determine how those copies are handled.
- Removing an entry in the app removes it from the app's active local records.
- Removing the app may remove locally stored content, subject to your platform's backup and restore behavior.
- We cannot recover local Notebook content that has been deleted or lost.
04 · External services
Market data, references, and infrastructure
SP Legacy may rely on service providers to deliver market information, Library resources, website hosting, or email communications. Those providers process only the information needed to deliver their service and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Market information can be delayed, incomplete, or revised. It is supplied for observation and educational use and should not be treated as personalized investment advice.
05 · Sharing
When information may be disclosed
We do not sell your local Notebook content. Information received through support or technical service delivery may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to:
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, or improve the service;
- work with service providers acting on our instructions;
- comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; or
- protect users, the public, our rights, or the integrity of SP Legacy.
06 · Your choices
Control over your information
You can review, edit, or remove Notebook content from within the app. You can also choose not to contact support or include optional information in a support message.
For information you have sent directly to us, you may ask to access, correct, or delete it. We will consider the request in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify that the request is yours.
07 · Security
Protecting information
Local storage reduces the need to transmit sensitive Notebook content, but no device or service is completely secure. Keep your device software current, use an appropriate screen lock, and protect any device backup account you enable.
If something looks wrong
Contact [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. Please do not include passwords, brokerage credentials, or sensitive financial records.
08 · Children
Children's privacy
SP Legacy is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
09 · Changes
Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in SP Legacy, our service providers, or applicable requirements. The updated version will identify its effective month and year at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-app or website notice when required.
